The "Rest of the World" feels WW-III in progress already, with the Evil Empire lashing out everywhere in its death throes. But of course, its official start date is when U.S. assets or individual war criminals are attacked.

That's 11 million people and the power is not coming back on. No clean water, sewage overflowing onto streets, a massive fire in the main oil refinery, so they can't process fuels anyway, and a Russian ship was blocked and boarded 12 miles from Cuba.

But we need to be aware of this because it's very serious.
And the US is behind it, of course.
Recently, the problem was exacerbated when "Russian" missiles hit the Azeri embassy in Kiev.
Now if you're a thinking person, as my readers are, you know this definitely was not a Russian missile and was instead a false flag.
Because Russia is trying to solve its Azeri problem diplomatically.
Attacking the embassy with a missile is the last thing they would do.
In fact one of the 3 missiles to hit the embassy was a patriot missile which would have been incapable of traversing even a fraction of the very long distance from the Russian border to Kiev – but the last thing the false president has to do is convince the Western audiences – of is authenticity. They come fully prepared to accept any story, even the wildest, as long as it is condemnatory of Russia."

On Feb 15 was a Russian announcement of a successful identification of and attack on a secret bunker in southwestern Odessa, which contained the EU Intelligence and Situation Centre. Confirmed were the losses of dozens of Ukrainian and European officers, including two French Generals. This was accomplished by 20 Iskander-M missiles. With this loss, communication in Odessa was completely lost. Being this serious, employees of the Security Service of Ukrainian blocked all entrances and exits to the city.
